I work with companies that want to move towards the frontier of applied AI.

I identify the company's strengths and weaknesses with respect to AI adoption, taking a holistic look at CI, code quality practices, product management, and relationships between design, engineering, and execs.

Then I propose projects to get there. I can lead them myself or work alongside employees as they take them on, teaching automation engineering and AI product design along the way. Before suggesting a new tool, I make sure no existing solution would serve the company better.

I will help a company go as far as they want, driving down costs by replacing SaaS with internal and open-source tools, removing data silos between different parts of the organization, and engineering workflows to the point where human attention becomes the bottleneck, not the tools.
